We're all guilty of it at some point in our driving careers -- taking several moments to stare at the passing scenery, removing our hands from the wheel to multi-task, stretching our legs while cruising at highway speeds, etc.. But now we might actually be able to do all of that without putting everyone's lives at risk thanks to a self-driving Mercedes-Benz S-Class prototype seen cruising blissful, autonomously in the clip below:

We love that the automaker chose to create this concept car out of an S-Class. After all, it's one of the most popular models in the lineup, and it already receives an A grade for just about everything, from performance and handling to comfort and convenience to technology and safety. Tacking on an autonomous driving feature is just icing on the already delicious and iconic German chocolate cake.

But will this great idea ever come to fruition? Actually, make that production? We hope so, but we'll just have to wait and see. But one thing you won't have to wait and see is all of the current high-tech new models here at Mercedes-Benz of Denver in Denver, CO. They're all ready for your arrival and a test drive.
