Sonic Automotive and W.E. O’Neil Break Ground on New Mercedes-Benz Retail and Service Facility

Recently, W.E. O’Neil Construction Company of Colorado, in conjunction with ai Design Group and owner Sonic Automotive Inc. (www.sonicautomotive.com) broke ground on an all new retail and service facility. This state-of-the-art facility will be located at 940 S. Colorado Boulevard in Glendale, a short drive from Denver and Cherry Creek. The 93,000+ square foot facility  will soon be home to a comprehensive vehicle repair and sales facility complete with a third-story car display mezzanine.

The General Manager, Steve O’Kane, had this to say about the new facility. “We’re proud of what we’re building here in Denver. When the project is complete, we will be the flagship Mercedes-Benz store in the Denver area; it will be a spectacular facility with over 30 new Mercedes-Benz models showcased in our climate-controlled showroom. That’s sure to please our customers,” O’Kane said. “Beyond that, we’re doubling our service department, which adds numerous jobs and benefits the community.”

W.E. O’Neil was also involved with the construction of EchoPark, a used car dealership in the Denver metro area, also part of Sonic Automotive.
