We've all grown accustomed to multi-tasking. Catch up on work while you catch up on your shows; finish that report while you're finishing dinner. With the advent of new and mobile technologies, multitasking seems to be the standard practice in Denver, CO. (On a related note, mothers have been multitasking for a millennia.)

While the practice seems mostly harmless, multitasking can have dangerous consequences while driving. That's why Mercedes-Benz is working with Microsoft on a new project called "In Car Office".

Now, as Autoblog notes, it's not a workstation for your car (because safety), but it does help you tackle some tasks from the office you'd do on the road anyway. Your vehicle will work with your Exchange calendar to notify you when you should make a voice-activated call into your upcoming meeting, or pre-populate the navigation system with the address for your next appointment.

We look forward to seeing how the "In Car Office" will help Mercedes-Benz drivers safely get work done during their long commutes. Until its release, there is still plenty of innovative technology to experience in a new Mercedes-Benz. Browse our inventory and rotating New Mercedes-Benz Specials, and come into Mercedes-Benz of Denver for a test drive today!
