This new tech feature connects your E-Class to a central information resource to provide you with in-car updates that range from changing weather conditions you need to be aware of, to car accidents down the road. Car-To-X Communication will also report hazards and let other E-Class drivers know.
One new safety feature on the Mercedes-Benz E-Class protects your ears from the harmful sounds of a car accident. Pre-Safe Sound feature will emit a safe "pink noise" when an imminent collision is detected. The "pink noise" is played throughout the car to pre-trigger your ears natural defenses to help protect your ears from the loud sound of a crash.
The E-Class is equipped with a turbo engine that delivers more power from less fuel by atomizing and itemizing fuel down to the last drop. The 2.0-liter inline 4-cylinder engine delivers 241 horsepower and goes from zero to 60 in just 6.2 seconds.
