Roadside Assistance repairs could involve charges for services and parts. Depending on the circumstances, an outside service may provide Roadside Assistance repairs at the discretion of Mercedes-Benz USA LLC.

If your vehicle:Â Â Is under any Mercedes-Benz warranty (New Vehicle Limited Warranty, Extended Limited Warranty, Certified Pre-owned Warranty)Â Â

If your vehicle:Â Â Is out of warranty, and is regularly serviced at an authorized Mercedes-Benz dealership (a single transaction of at least $100 in the 18 months prior to the Roadside call)Â Â
Then:Â Â You are eligible for Mercedes-Benz Roadside Assistance*Â

If your vehicle:Â Â Was purchased directly from an authorized Mercedes-Benz dealership prior to January 4, 2011 and you still own the vehicleÂ

Assistance Program includes a free service called Sign and Drive,
providing prompt relief for the three biggest headaches of the highways.
We'll jump-start your run-down battery, bring you a few gallons of fuel
to get you back on your way or change a flat tire using your spare, all
free of charge.
